Delivery and Returns

Shipping 

We will process your order within 2-3 working days and send your products directly to the delivery address using Posti Group delivery services.

Delivery Time

Each piece of MAPUclips is handmade. We will deliver your order after it's complete, usually within 2–3 working days. Depending on your choice of shipping method, domestic delivery (within Finland) takes 2-3 days with XXS-sized packages and 4-10 days with regular mail. In the EU area the shipping takes usually 1-2 weeks.

Returns

Sometimes you might not be completely happy with your order or you change your mind. We accept returns of unworn products within 14 days of the delivery date. The right of return applies only to unused hair clips in their original packaging. Please inform us to info(at)marikoppanen.com about the return within the 14 days. When returning the order, include your name, contact information, and bank account for the refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We also reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet the terms of our return policy. If the return is refused the package will be sent back to you.
